Shipping

Orders are ready to ship in 1-3 business days, depending on the order and volume. As a general rule, for orders placed until 12:30 pm of any candle in stock, these are delivered to the carrier on the same day.

Orders for mainland Portugal are shipped via GLS, to the islands through the UPS .

The moment your order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email to follow your order. Always check the shipping data to avoid delivery problems.

We do not ship on Friday. As such, if you placed your order after 12:30 pm on Thursday, it will only be dispatched on Monday. Thus, we prevent our candles from being in a warehouse / van in the sun / cold for a long time, damaging their appearance.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for a used candle. If you have had any problems with one of our candles, you must inform us immediately to info@mynidore.com.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. To be eligible for return, the product must have no signs of use. If you have received an order that does not meet your expectations, or is damaged, inform us immediately via: info@mynidore.com.

Due to the fragile nature of our products, we understand that sometimes products can get damaged. We will try to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

In case of accepted returns, a label will be sent to print and put in the box, to be returned. Always keep the original box!

Refunds (if applicable)

After the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-20 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account again.
